Three times a year, Playhouse Square performances take center stage to drive ticket sales, increase awareness of our 1,000+ annual performances, and add to our record-breaking season ticket holder community.

CAMPAIGN TACTICS:

Combination of paid and organic posts for lead generation, create campaign awareness within existing base, and drive newsletter signups.

EMAIL

Newsletter subscribers received priority notifications regarding on-sale dates, daily deals, and bonus content.

WEBSITE

Configurations have included dedicated promotion landing pages and roadblocks to increase page visits.

Appearances on area radio stations and press coverage to increase awareness of promotion and upcoming performances.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND MISCELLANEOUS CONTENT:

With the cancellation of two major productions at the height of the pandemic, I created two show-inspired content weeks for Playhouse Square stakeholders and social media followers. Working with show production to complete, this included creating unique daily content on each social channel, website activities, blogs, and both weeks culminating in chats with show actors.
